Most diagnostics are finished the same day. Common jobs such as batteries, screens, drives, memory or a software cleanup are usually back with you within 24 to 48 hours. Rare parts or board-level work take longer, and you get an estimated date with the quote.
Yes. I only access what the repair requires, I never copy your files anywhere else, and nothing is shared with anyone. Back up before handing over any device, and if the job carries risk, such as a failing drive or a reinstall, I image the disk before I start.
I fit original (OEM) parts whenever they are available, because they perform and last best. When they are not, I use tested premium-grade equivalents, and I always tell you which part is going into your device before I fit it.
